Tateo Myojin is a highly skilled blacksmith based in Tosa City and the mastermind behind this series of Shirasagi knives, made of shirogami steel. Shirogami steel allows him to achieve a razor-sharp edge with excellent edge retention. These knives demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
